We at Advanced Business Company, the exclusive agent and distributor of Salli products in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, understand that you may need to return or exchange a product that you purchased from our online store. For this reason, we have developed a clear return and exchange policy to ensure that you have the best possible experience.
Return and Exchange Conditions:
- You can return or exchange any product that you purchased from our online store within 48 hours of receipt.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all its accessories and original packaging.
- The product must be in good condition and free from any signs of damage or scratches.
- You must provide the original invoice or use the mobile number or email registered in the online store invoice (salli.sa).
How to Return or Exchange:

2. A customer service representative will guide you on how to send the product to us.
3. After receiving the product and verifying that it meets the return or exchange conditions, we will send you the replacement product or refund the amount paid within 14 business days.
Return and Exchange Exceptions:
- Products that have been used or show signs of damage or scratches cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Products purchased from stores other than our online store cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Products that have been specially ordered for you cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Defective products can only be returned or exchanged after being inspected by our technical team and confirming that there is an actual defect.
- Products that do not match the description on the website cannot be returned or exchanged unless proof of non-compliance s provided.
Return and Exchange Costs:
- The customer bears the cost of shipping the product to us in case of return or exchange.
- The customer bears the cost of shipping the replacement product to them in case of exchange.
- If there is an error on our part, such as sending the wrong product or a defective product, we will bear the cost of shipping the product to us and sending the correct or replacement product to you.
Notes:
- We recommend taking pictures of the product before sending it to us as proof of its condition.
- We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange request that does not meet the conditions of this policy.
